EVENT AND TICKET DETAILS

- All seats are $60 per person and are sold in tables of 2, 3, 4 or 6. 

- Each ticket includes (per person): entry, a 3-course vegan brunch, and one (1) free drink ticket as well as 1 free entry to the door prize raffle. The drink ticket can be redeemed from a select drink menu with both alcoholic/non-alcoholic options included. All other drinks may be purchased directly from the bar.

- Due to the nature of the event, the organizer unfortunately cannot offer refunds neither in full nor in part. Tables cannot be broken up or resold in part. If you choose to resell your entire table, you do so at your own risk. 

- This is an all-ages event but some subject matter may not be suitable for children. We highly encourage only ages 16+ to attend. Anyone consuming alcohol must be 19+ and will be asked to present valid photo ID. 

- All events held at Houndstooth Bar offer a PWYC (pay what you can) option for admission. We have reserved space (some standing, some sitting) in the venue for those who wish to attend on a PWYC basis. No food, drinks, or door prize raffle entry are included in this option, though you are welcome to purchase drinks at the bar. All attendance is subject to venue capacity. The total collected from the PWYC attendees will go directly to the performers. 

- Unfortunately the venue does not have accessible washrooms. There is one step at the main entrance to the venue which we can provide a ramp for entry as needed. The nearest accessible washroom can be found a few doors down at the A&W.

- If you have any food allergies or accessibility needs please include it in the notes when you purchase your ticket. We can most likely accommodate your allergy request (gluten/nut/soy) but PLEASE email me before purchasing a ticket if you are unsure or the allergy is severe. - Tables are reserved according to the amount of seats purchased but choice of a specific table is only offered on a first come, first serve basis. The event starts at 12pm sharp, so if you wish to have a choice of a specific table we suggest arriving early and lining up outside. Please arrive with your entire party before entering the venue to ensure smooth seating. 

- The organizer has chosen this ticketing platform (TicketSpice) to keep processing fees as low as possible. The fees will be added to your total which you may see in the Ticket Reservation Summary section near the bottom of the page, above the section where you enter payment information (click "Show Summary"). The TicketSpice fee breakdown is as follows: $0.99 per ticket %2.9 + $0.30 credit card processing.
